Group Scouters meetings

Once a term, Leaders and Assistant Leaders gather together for a Group Scouter Meeting where we discuss programmes and sharing resources and equipment; and generally make sure everything is alright.  It is very important for Leaders to have this connection with the rest of the Group.

Executive Committee

The aim of Exec meetings is to deal with fundraising, insurance, premises, dealing with money coming in and going out, and looking after our equipment.

The District Commissioner and the District Chairman must be invited to Group Executive meetings and they must be provided with minutes.

Group contact details are available from the Group Secretary.

Contact details for other Scouting adults in Suffolk are available by logging in to the “County Directory” pages on the website www.suffolkscouts.org.uk and other Groups in the District can be contacted via the District website.
